Send Passions An Anniversary Video-Gram!

On July 5, 2000, Passions celebrates its one year anniversary! We would like to include you, Passions fans, in this milestone. We are looking for Passions "videograms," in which you can send your best wishes to Passions! The way you do this is totally up to you--in fact, the more creative the better! Dress as your favorite Passions character, re-enact your favorite Passions scene, or just speak into the camera and say Happy Anniversary! However you choose to express your love for Passions is fine with us. We will choose the most creative "videograms" and post them on the site throughout the month of July.

Once you are done with your tape, please send it to:

The "videogram" must be on VHS or mini-VHS. Please make sure to speak loudly on the tape. If we can't hear you, we can't use the tape.

To submit a tape, you must either PRINT and SIGN the RELEASE FORM provided below and submit it with your tape, or VERBALLY agree to the release form terms on your videotape. Important: All people appearing in your tape must individually prepare a release statement! (To verbally agree, simply videotape yourself "speaking" your release statement into your audition tape! Just face the camera and say: "I , (YOUR NAME), AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THE RELEASE FORM ON YOUR WEBSITE." It’s that easy!

We acknowledge that you are now the owner of the enclosed videotape, and that you have no obligation to us to keep or to return this tape. Without limiting the foregoing, we acknowledge that you have no obligation to pay us any monetary or other compensation for the videotape. We release you from any claims we may have of any nature whatsoever with respect to the enclosed videotape.

We give you the unrestricted right to post and exhibit our tape on the internet and on-air. We absolve you of any claims whatsoever which may arise by any reason as a direct or indirect result of your posting and exhibiting tapes on the internet, and/or as a result of any use by anyone else of any tapes posted and exhibited on the internet. We acknowledge that we are not entitled to any payment or other consideration in connection with the tape or any use of it.
