Ivy overloads on pain pills and is overcome with tremendous pain. Sam comes and she begs him to hold her. He does and calls Ivy. Grace has a premonition of them. Sam calls Eve and she, Grace, and David come over to the Crane Mansion. Sam apologizes for Grace seeing him comfort Ivy, but Grace says nobody deserves to be in that much pain. Meanwhile, Grace tells Sam about her premonition. Later, Eve helps Ivy rest comfortably, and tells her that she needs to stop doubling up on her medication. Ivy manages to get alone time with David when she asks him to get her a glass of water, but really she just wants to blackmail him some more. She warns him if he doesn't break up Sam and Grace, she will break him in front of his precious son! David tells her to concentrate on staying alive. Ivy assures him that she will stay alive, long enough to see Sam and Grace torn apart! David says he's never met anyone as evil as her! Out in the hall, Grace continues to talk to Sam and assures him that she is not jealous or suspicious of Ivy anymore.
